An ideal location with activities for everyone
La Tourelle is close to the 24 Hours Circuit, the « Boulerie Jump » European equestrian centre, Épau Abbey, a green area of more than 400 hectares (« the Arche de la Nature »), the old town of Le Mans, the Cité Plantagenêt and its cathedral voted « most beautiful cathedral in France 2023 », while remaining close to the main roads for easy access.
The region offers many activities and places to discover, which we will be delighted to share with you. Whether you come as a couple, family or group – lovers of nature, heritage, gastronomy or theme parks – you will find a multitude of activities.
The Table d’hôtes
The table d’hôtes is an opportunity to share a moment of conviviality and good food. We offer a menu favouring local, seasonal and homemade produce.
Travelling as a group…
La Tourelle has 2 rooms and 2 double suites, sleeping up to 15 guests in total. You can also enjoy the large garden for get-togethers – why not organise a picnic or a barbecue party? Outside the summer season, a meeting/reception room is available. You can also make the most of the venue to organise your seminar in a refreshing setting.

About us
Conviviality, well-being and adaptable service
One of us comes from the Sarthe and the other from the Paris region, and we had been living with our children for several years in Changé, a commune where life is good, right next to Le Mans.
Every day we drove past this pretty house on our way to work, until the day the chance to buy it came along. We then brought to life the project we had long dreamed of: a welcoming, warm guest house.
For months we rethought its layout, its decoration and its services to make it feel even better, with comfortable accommodation to offer you a pleasant stay.
